With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.

Peaceful, convenient, charming, nice view.
It’s nice and convenient to stay in the heart of this small beach town. Shops and restaurants are close, as is the beach and the inter coastal waterway. This recently renovated old building is charming with modern conveniences. We loved it.

Me and my newly wed wife spend some time at Pass-A-Grille every year. This is first time at Theis location. It was a great stay. The complex is secure and pass codes on every door. Parking is great. Walking distance to everything you would want to walk to at Pass-A-Grille. Will be back

Attractive Romantic Beach Nest
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Host was excellent at communication and customer service. Room is a bit small, but priced well for the size. Location and parking are outstanding. The walls are thin, and one can sometimes easily hear the next door neighbor. Keep this in mind when listening to music or staying up late. There are several units. I highly recommend speaking with the host about which unit is most suitable for the needs of your stay. Definitely worth checking out.

8th Avenue Gem
This was our first experience staying on the Bayside of PassA-Grille and we were not disappointed. The sunrise over the bay along with the night time glow of lights over the water were stunning. The unit was bright, roomy and very well equipped for our extended stay. You will enjoy the beautiful green space along with off street parking. A full sized outdoor grill and 2 outdoor living areas with a tv were provided as were free use of washer and dryer. After coming to this area for 20 years we are glad we tried something new. I would recommend this one for sure .

On historic 8th Ave
The property is on historic 8th Ave with shops across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. The Seahorse is one of favorites and is very close. We stayed in Suite 3 and had a fabulous view out the windows. Just a short walk down the street to the beach. Not a lot of refrigerator space if you plan to do a lot of cooking but plenty of room for drinks and snacks. We plan to go back to La Tortuga again.
