For the amount of money that we paid for the house the linens were very disappointing. The cushions on the out door furniture were very soiled. Really appreciated the booklet with suggestions as to places to go and restaurants to try. Would have loved to have used the kayaks and they were not usable by renters. All in all it was a good two weeks. Just some little things that could have been better.

Beautiful home in a great location, with a few management issuesWe spent a week at this beautiful property on the Intracoastal in Indian Rocks Beach and truly enjoyed the setting. The location is excellent—an easy eight‑minute walk to the beach—and the outdoor pool was lovely. The home is spacious, well‑appointed, and the elevator was especially helpful for my pregnant daughter.A few management issues affected the stay. Before arrival, I asked the property manager to confirm that the stained porch cushions mentioned in previous reviews had been addressed. I was assured there were no problems, but when we checked in at 4 PM, the cushions were in unacceptable condition. They were replaced the next day, but this should have been handled before our arrival.We also experienced no flexibility with check‑in. Although the home had been vacant for two days prior, early check‑in required a 100 fee—and ultimately wasn’t available at all, despite the premium nightly rate.The tankless hot water heater is located on the ground floor, which meant it took about five minutes for hot water to reach the third‑floor bathrooms. We reported this issue but did not receive a response.Finally, for a seven‑night stay, each guest received only one bath towel, one beach towel, and a small bar of soap per bathroom. For a property at this price point, more generous provisioning would be expected.The home itself is wonderful, but the management practices could be improved.
