Plenty of room for a family of 5. Matthew was a great host. Very short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. We enjoyed the park close by and appreciated all of the beach supplies. We have already booked for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is only a block from the beach and with a crosswalk signal close by, it was easy to cross busy Gulf Blvd. Mitch was quick to respond and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The kitchen was equipped for meal preparation, but there were also great dining options within walking distance. With four adults, two young children, and two small dogs, we had plenty of space.We will certainly check this unit’s availability on our next stay in the area.

Excellent host! And, the place was very neat, clean & accommodating having everything that we needed plus some - we really appreciated the black out shades!! There was easy access to the beach as well as several eateries that were within walking distance. Hope to be back that way soon :)

Beautiful place with hardwood floors, super fast wifi, awesome balcony with all amenities you need to the beach. The location is perfect, walking distance to places to eat, bars with live music. Matthew is an awesome host, he made us feel very welcome with our pets. I will definitely would like to comeback in the future. 5 Stars rating, Highly recommended.

A rare find for pet owners

This was a great spot to stay! The location to the beach was great and the space was perfect for our son’s first birthday party with close family. A huge plus was the ability to bring our 2 dogs and be within walking distance of a dog park. 100% will be back again!

Perfect !

This apartment had everything we needed! It was perfect and great location. We love being close to beach access, our favorite restaurants, and the pickleball courts. The owner was very quick to respond. Even went and purchased pickleball paddles when I asked if he had any. I wondered if having the vet office downstairs would be loud or disturbing but it wasnt at all. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful Beach House!!

Matthew our host was wonderful! This cute place had everything we needed! The beach is across the street and down a little public access driveway. Plenty of great restaurants nearby! We will define stay here again!

Great stay!

Lovely, bright & airy apt about 2 minutes from the beach. The property is north of the crazy area of this strip so the traffic & noise is less. Very comfortable king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, 2 queen beds in 2nd bdrm. I would stay here again. We really enjoyed it.
