Newly decorated two bedroom unit on the First floor of a quaint 4-unit building with a shared pool among the 4 units. Full kitchen, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer.
Parking for 2 in front of the building. Located across the street from one of the city's beach access points, a short walk to many cafes, and great restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach area, Come and create memories you'll cherish for years!



Our cohost, Carla, lives very close to the property . We are usually available for assistance via the app and can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through the platform for lightning fast response.

This area is very old Florida Beach town. Many nice mom and pop shops, restaurants that are in walking distance. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well.

*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!



This is the bottom left apartment (1st floor) in a 4 unit, 2 story building, with shared pool. Front door can be opened with code that we will let you know of upon booking.

The unit is fully furnished with flat screen HDTVs in the living room and and main bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped. Wifi, washer and dryer in the unit, large private fenced pool area and an exterior shared balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim. There is a large glassed in porch/sunroom with outdoor seating for extra space.

Free parking is easy on property (2 cars) and we are across the street from the beach, 2 minute walk. There is a beach access right at 7th street. Easy walk or bike on the dedicated walk/bike lanes to may shops and restaurants. Uber is popular

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

Perfection!

This property is amazing! The space is perfect and the location couldn't be better! Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A very short walk to the beach. The pool was a huge plus for us. The owners were fantastic with their communication and very prompt to respond. We will absolutely be booking with them again!

Nostalgic Indian Rocks Beach

Our family has lived in Tampa since 1985 and have stayed at many many places along the way. This little piece of nostalgic beach properties will go down as one of my favorites! Off the busy beaten path, dog friendly, and all the modern conveniences plus the little EXTRAS with travelers in mind! Five stars from these locals! We loved it all!

Mother’s Day Getaway

The overall check in process and communication with the host was great. Quick responses and answers to questions. The property had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. We would stay there again but may want to check out the top floor as well just to separate ourselves from the gate entrance a bit. Overall a great experience, very very close walk to the beach and very close drive to everything else. Great property worth checking out and staying at if you are looking to be in IRB.

Great stay at a great property!

Andi's rental is clean, conveniently located, and with great amenities. So conveniently located to everything (beach was a quick walk, restaurants, Publix supermarket.) Our family of 4 loved that we had space to spread out (2 bdrms, sun room, pool area.) All basic kitchen wares were provided and in good working order. Beds were very comfy and blinds on windows appreciated to block streetlights. Plenty of closet and dresser space for clothing storage. The apartment is nicely decorated without being cluttered. Loved the beach buggy with chairs, umbrella, beach toys. Super nice to have easy transport to beach just 2 blocks away. And great to have the sun room to keep our beach items to keep sand out of apt! My teen enjoyed winding down at day's end with the Roku TV. Pool is unheated but not too cool for us, Minnesotans. We didn't use it, but saw other guests using the provided propane grill by the pool area. Overall, I'd highly recommend this IRB rental if you're looking for a clean, convenient place that's very nice but not fancy, with pool and many other amenities.
