I checked in at 12:24am. At 1am i saw a good sized roach crawl up on the bed across from me. I packed up my stuff, went downstairs and checked out at 120am. Guy at desk never apologized. I showed him pictures on my phone. He said there is nothing he can do.

Friendly staff and clean room, but… It’s a rundown facility. The elevator has broken buttons and grafiti scratches on the door. In the room, the tub faucet is crooked and the handle wobbly, about to fall apart. The left night light is broken. The air conditioning unit is old and unpractical, the temperature has no numbers, just a dial for heat or cool. The TV remote is not friendly nor the menu. The hotel is close to the highway and therefore noisy. Will not recommend this hotel at all!

A/C in room wasn’t workin fully. Needs updating, carpets are stains, showers and tubs need attention. There for work on a weekend and people were loud, knocking on my door late at night, running up and down the stairs and hallways. Told management but they didn’t do anything.

This hotel is OK,and the price was good, but it falls short in a few areas. We found the bed saggy and uncomfortable. The room and bathroom lighting is too dim for good reading or application of makeup. They said they would only clean the room every third day, which was ok, but when we asked for clean towels, they didn't bring them, and said it wasn't our day for housekeeping. That is unacceptable. While it is nice to have breakfast available, I was disappointed that they only had apple juice - no orange or any other. The waffle maker worked well, but everything else seemed a little less than fresh. Apples were available, but no bananas.

Booked it for the jacuzzi suite which we didn’t get they said it was a issue with Expedia mislabeling the room, they also added that they had extra jacuzzi rooms available but we would have to purchase another 2 nights if we wanted it which seemed kind of unfair, they hadn’t tried working with us at all on that front. Other than that it was really good, walls were kinda not soundproofed well but that’s just nitpicking

Sad birthday weekend

You all tricked me I reserved a room with a room tub according to the picture in hotel.com website but when I checks in in Comfort Inn said they were sold out after I notice I took did not have one. The hotel claims you so do this all the time mix up picture on your website and prices.
