Staffing was limited, and the 1 we found seemed too busy to answer questions. It was difficult to locate pool hours and gym hours from the room; bathroom wasn't the cleanest, ice machine on my floor was Out of Order. When I stay at a hotel, I want it to be nicer than staying at home and everything to be easy... this trip didn't meet that standard :(

Greenery needed, but solid hotel

Great, solid service hotel. The location of the pool is very inconvenient. While out of the way of traffic, it's a long walk and impossible to see ahead of time if it's crowded. I felt that area could use some greenery--fake or real to bring some nature into the space. In fact, the lobby area too. I saw one small artificial plant in the whole place. I just think that would raise it a level. I have no other suggestions and would probably stay here again.

The shower was disgusting the room was musty the door to the bathroom warped. We didn't feel comfortable about showering and there were mice

We loved our time spent at the Comfort Suites. We have stayed here previously and knew it was a great location! The maid service checked in each day and offered more towels and room refresh! Which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was a hit as well!!

The room I booked was absolutely not cleaned (bodily fluids in certain places). When asked to change rooms, the new room I was placed in was also absolutely not cleaned (a different kind of bodily fluids). Requested a full refund and went to a different hotel. I guess that's a good thing, they very promptly issued the full refund.

It’s very dirty. Hair in the bathroom and dust everywhere. The property is very old and not well maintained. Breakfast is also bad and overall the management is very chaotic. Would not go back. The front desk guy Vince is nice tho.
