Not enough beds
When we booked this place it said it sleeps 5 people. The listing said there was a pull out couch in the living room. When we arrived very late at night, we went to set our kids beds up to sleep and there was no pull out couch. There is 1 bedroom with a king bed, and a futon. Sleeps total of 3. Had to put my kids on the nasty carpet to sleep. Reached out to management and the owner multiple times with no response. Finally got ahold of them on the phone and they said they would bring us an air mattress, 2 hours later they brought one at 10pm at night and it was too late my kids were already in bed. SUPER FRUSTRATING! You cant have a listing that says sleeps 5 (listed in 3 different places) and really only sleeps 3
