Nice hotel. Clean. Staff were nice. Don’t take room #111 - it’s near the service area for breakfast, and around 4am I woke up to noise and the smell of bad coffee. Bed was great, but there wasn’t a single pillow that wasn’t lumpy.

The outlets didn’t work in the Bathroom. They didn’t stock up on bathroom supplies, cleanliness was ok, TV is a bit small, office chair needs to be fixed. Food was scarce, not a lot of choices. Under cooked, old. Not the best place to stay for that price

Totally unexpected, no one partying in the room upstairs, no dogs or crying babies. No out of order signs on the ice maker or waffle maker . The was clean and stocked, the pool was open and warm, the hot tub was Not out of order. The staff were polite and attentive to every question or concern. I stay in hotels because of health concerns and frequent appointments and referrals for care not available in small town rural Utah. Very rarely have I stayed in a location where I would have welcomed a second visit or an extended stay. One criticism: half and half is coffee creamer! Not powder, not artificial, not sweetened, not flavored.

The rooms and the whole building for that matter is very dated. Carpets are old and worn furniture as well. I have stayed at many comfort inns and this particular one was bad.

There were stains on the carpet. Breakfast was great and great for the entire family! Pool could use some TLC. Love having the pool and hot tub indoor in the winter! Need more staff over the weekends. I had to come down to pick up pillows, additional towels and conditioner. The conditioner was out the first night using the shower. Overall 4.2 out of 5 stars!

This property is our must stop when we are in St. George, we always enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi and the kids enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, staff was wonderful. We will be seeing you next year.
