My vacation

Everything was amazing...... had all the amenities that a person could think of having and it was very clean. The views were spectacular and it was very quiet and peaceful. Had a fantastic time and would definitely come agian. Only complaint was that the stove and oven did not work and manager was no help at all. Only responded once and never got back to me.

This was a perfect spot for myself and my husband. The apartment provided everything we needed and is so close to the beach. The apartment was clean and provided almost everything we needed. We just had to provide the groceries. It was quiet and we didn’t hear a lot of noise From the other occupants. We will return there again.

Property was well located for our beach stay. The apartment was very clean and well provisioned. It was laid out well and worked well for two people. It did need a small shelf in the shower. The parking could be a little more well defined. Other than those minor issues, property well valued.

Beautifully kept secrets

We LOVED THIS ENTIRE TRIP! We had a blast! The location is ideal for people looking for a beautiful but quiet place. We felt like it was a well kept secret! Definitely recommend!

My second anniversary

Thank you had the most amazing time there,my husband suprised me with a 42ft catamaran party cruise for the night,and finished it off with longhorn steakhouse,only concern I had was no smoking area and a private patio to sit in the morning and watch the sunrise or sunset ,that Linda bummed me out,my husband is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs to the beach entrance and no regular vehicles allowed on the beach but 4x4s so no beach pictures besides that everything was wonderful and thank you again for the clean ,and friendly environment

Vacation

If u like a peace and quiet place along the beach this is great spot. There are turtles that rome the yard that was pretty neat to see. The only downside was u had to drive to get food or shop only one gas station across the street that pretty much had everything but anything else u would have to drive to. The parking lot was pretty roomy but over all I would stay there again

Disappointed

The website made it look very big. It was small. It was very clean. It was hard to lock the door and we had to leave because my dog got sick and I was surprised I got a partial refund which I was grateful for, but I was surprised that I didn’t get more. I will never do this again. I like hotels where I can talk to people at the front desk.

Great location right on the beach and near fun towns

This property is right on the beach. A perfect location between Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Flagler Beach. The apartment we stayed in was small (especially the kitchen and the bathroom) but was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the linens were top notch. The weather was a bit cooler in mid February but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We would totally stay here again. It's hard to find a property right on the water that is quiet and not surrounded by high rises and this property fits the bill perfectly.

Just ok

This property had 2 positives. Location and it was clean. Sorta run down outside. No where to put anything down in bath room or bedroom. Pretty small in bath and bedroom. Heard lots of dogs barking in the place but luckily not at night much. Upstairs guest was really noisy at 3-4 am. So not a lot of sleep. Enjoyed the beach location. Parking was a bit of an issue. Hard to park and some guests were taking 2 spots.

Cozy and Quiet

My wife and I were impressed with this bungalow. While the building is under renovation, the property as a whole is nice. The apartment we had been newly renovated and was very clean. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment due to the convenience of St.Augustine being a 20 minute drive north, and the beach 75 yards over the dune from the building. Definitely will book this place again.

Beautiful quiet beach location.

The building is under renovation and when you pull up, the outside is sketchy looking and you will question your choice. lol But as soon as we opened the door to our place those doubts went away. Inside was beautiful. Clean. Well decorated. Comfortable. It was our anniversary and they had left us a bottle of wine, flowers and a card. So sweet. And this building has its own boardwalk to the beach and a small sitting area at the top of the boardwalk. I sat out there and read a couple of times because of how quiet it was. The beach was pretty and uncrowded. We loved it and will be back for sure.

New favorite vacation spot!

This was the perfect property for our extended weekend trip! Wonderful family spot. Not crowded, lots of wildlife, and within 5-20 minutes of everywhere you need to be. Right on the beach with direct car access from the property on to the shore! We will definitely be revisiting!!

Weekend beach escape

The property was in a great location and very clean on the inside. The property manager was very pleasant and checkin was very easy. Just a few steps away from the ocean but no balcony view. Would stay there again.

This could have been 5 stars but was a 3.

Pros Great location Fair price relative to location Comfortable Bed Adequate space Good and responsive cleaner Cons The outdoor photo of the property is misleading. The deck shown is detached from the property and is unsuitable for extended sitting out. The company that manages the condo is in California and there is no one available onsite to address issues. While the bed was comfortable the other furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable. The only living area seating is an uncomfortable discount store vinyl sofa. While the kitchen and bath were clean and painted, they both are subpar and need remodeling. The stocking of the kitchen area for cooking utensils was inadequate - minimal amounts of things, missing items and poor quality. The entry area to the condo has an ocean view as well as room for seating. Unfortunately, the area was filthy and the only seats were old dilapidated chairs. As such, the area was unsuitable for sitting out. When concerns were discussed with the rental managers, they were polite but ultimately unhelpful. They seemed to want to discuss their future plans for the property than address immediate issues. some of which we felt could have been rather easily resolved. While it is a great location right next to a beautiful beach, the unit was completely unsuitable for a one month stay. Perhaps it would be appropriate for someone interested in a shorter stay that is unconcerned about amenities.

We were very close to the beach. Crescent Beach is not very busy. I felt almost like we had our own private beach. We plan to return next Summer.
