The host was very welcoming and helpful. The place was nice and clean. The floor was a bit weird as there are open spaces between the flooring but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Very nice place within easy walk to historic area. Convenient parking in an area with narrow streets and limited other parking. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was very clean. I did make suggestion to host that additional seating in living area would be nice as there wasn’t enough seating for the number of people that can sleep there. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

Short walk to all the fun. Discovered an amazing new restaurant because of the location. Walking distance to Dog Rose Brewery too, which we love.

Excellent, relaxing weekend

I brought my daughter and several of her friends to St. Augustine and stayed at the Ray for her 18th birthday. The Ray, 1st floor was perfect! Open living area, spacious bedrooms, and easy access in and out. It was clean, comfortable and we loved the bathrooms.

Great location

Definitely within walking distance of old downtown. Very spacious and great layout. Super convenient to have two parking spots behind the building.

The Ray is AWESOME!! Space for the entire family. All St. Augustine has to offer 5 minutes away.

Traveled for a family wedding, I booked the 1st & 2nd floors. Clean, Great Location, Spacious, and everything is 5 minutes away.

Great location and ambience

It was great to come back to this slice of heaven after a hot day out. The place was conveniently located and had some good eateries around. The museums were walking distance from the Ray which provided additional flexibility. Overall we loved the place and would definitely rebook when we return.

RAY House was better than expected!

We were surprised with how large this house was. Our family rented all three floors and were wonderfully surprised with how large it was. Our family had lots of space, unit was stocked with supplies and towels. Air worked fantastic! We would absolutely rent this or any of the units again!!

Lovely Weekend Stay

We had the best time at The Ray! The place was spotless and so roomy and relaxing! The pictures really dont do the place justice! Literally just minutes walk to dowtown St. Augustine. It was everything they say it is and so cozy as well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with a historic but modern flare. Great location and parking! Beds are somewhat small, but worked for us… may be difficult for tall or larger people. Overall, we would definitely recommend and may even return!

This is a great property. It is about a 10 min walk to downtown st Aug where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Great location. The owner was VERY responsive to any questions we had.
