We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was also very conveniently located within walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful experience. We could walk everywhere! The historic district and so many restaurants were very close.The property was clean and perfect for our vacation.

The house was even better than the pictures…so clean and so spacious!! The house has everything you need and very tastefully decorated!! Property manager was a joy to work with and check in and out were easy! The location was perfect for checking out historic district! We’re definitely going to rent this house again!! Two huge thumbs up!!

The home was very clean and ready for us. We loved loved its proximity to Flagler college and all downtown has to offer. The street and the train can be loud but it did not affect our vacation. This home was perfect and met all our needs!

A Lovely Visit to St. Augustine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day visit to St. Augustine -- and our VRBO, La Valencia, was great. La Valencia is wonderfully located within St. Augustine's Historic District, and we were able to easily walk to the downtown sites and restaurants. The house itself was clean and offered a variety of places to gather, as well as a kitchen well-stocked with cooking equipment and new appliances. Thank you, La Valencia!

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Valencia! The home is beautiful and spacious and perfect for a large family. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to all of the Christmas festivities in downtown St. Augustine. It was lovely to park our vehicle and be able to walk to restaurants, night of lights trolley and shopping. We will definitely be back! 😊

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — just a short walk/drive to the Nights of Lights, which made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful with local tips. We especially loved how cozy and well-equipped the space was after long days of exploring. The Christmas tree in the home gave it the holiday feel. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!

Everything was as detailed as pictures. Great living room space and all the bedrooms were great sizes as well. Our baby was excited to see a few toys at the house as well along with various board games to play. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and it was great walking distance to the historic area

Located within a walk to any restaurant or any activity in St. Augustine I highly recommend checking this place out!! Host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and gave great suggestions of places to visit!

The house was amazing inside and out. Great backyard and the front covered porch was a great place to hang out morning and evening. The location was perfect. You could walk to most everything in the area. It was a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. The host was also amazing and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly located house to be able to walk to all the attractions. Very safe neighborhood. Loved walking through Flagler College campus. House was very clean and well stocked. Very comfortable beds and loved sitting on the front patio. Host respond quickly and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place

This place was so nice to stay. I've stayed at many rentals and this one smelled good, was very clean and very spacious. Cozy, nice back yard and in a great location. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and we love it. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all of the historic district. The bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen is beautiful and the living room is perfect for a group. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is absolute perfection! Wonderful comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen. Front porch was delightful. Due to rain we were unable to enjoy lovely outdoor space. Located in the heart of the historic district and Flagler College. Easy access to attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Would give this property a 15!
