Beach house

The house was just as pictured, Spacious & comfortable, no fussy nicknacks to dance around. We all loved the pool. Kitchen was well equipped, it all was immaculate. We all agreed that it was the best vacation house we have rented.

Wonderful family beach trip

Fabulous house, everything was just as pictured. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating in living room/ dining room/ balcony area for everyone to spread out but still be together. All of the furniture and finishes are high quality, not the usual “flipper” rental. Great location! Beach access 2 houses away and you can see the water from your top balcony. Our only inconvenience was the 6th “bedroom” on the first floor has no door, it’s not really a bedroom but a living space made into a bedroom so it has no privacy. We made it work for our group but would have been nice to know. Other than that, the elevator was great for my mom who can’t do stairs, everything worked, and the host was very responsive with questions and quick to send maintenance to change a chirping fire alarm. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Wonderful beach trip

Wonderful house with plenty of space and rooms/beds for our family—plus a pool and a fenced backyard! Easy walk to the beautiful beach, where we saw gopher tortoises every time we came and went. The home has two jetted tubs (one in the primary suite, another in a separate bathroom), which is a rare and welcome treat. The elevator worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nicely updated. We especially loved the front porches and made good use of the grill. A few thoughtful updates could make the stay even better. The carpet throughout the house is a bit dated, and the kitchen would benefit from a few additions—a full set of frying pans, better mixing bowls, an upgraded coffee machine, and refreshed floor mats. The dining setup is limited—it doesn’t accommodate more than four people at one table—so it may not suit a large sit-down meal, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, we’d absolutely return for all the great features mentioned above!

The place was great , we enjoyed ourselves . The only thing we had issues with was keurig didn’t work and that’s what we packed for coffee they did have another coffee maker so we went and bought coffee for that one . The king size bed on 1st floor for some reason the mattress goes down under headboard as you sleep and we found our pillows and heads down under it through the night , not the most comfortable bed and odd how it shifts through the night . The walk to the beach is a short walk and we enjoyed the beautiful sunrises every morning . We did not use the jacuzzi and pool because it was priced pretty high to heat for 2 days . Place was plenty big for 13 people but not enough towels and wash rags , definitely prepare to wash daily if you have a full house . Neighbors were nice and house had everything else we needed . We would stay again nothing was bad that would keep us from going back . Just giving input for adjustments if they feel like making them .
