The front desk team was excellent. We were in St Augustine to see the Night of Lights and they explained about a shuttle service- where to meet it and the times it ran. The hotel was immaculate and the location - right on the beach, was incredible.

My room had an amazing view. Needs a few repairs but a really nice hotel. The balcony had a table and chairs to sit out there and enjoy the view. Vanessa at the front desk is fabulous, so friendly and helpful! Navado, housekeeping staff, is a very hard working young man. Every time I saw him he was cleaning something, taking out trash, mopping, or vacuuming.

My ac in my room didn’t work properly when I had them check it they said it was fine. The put me in a room with no balcony or beach view which I had booked and when I went down to let them know there was no room to change the room cause they were booked. Was not a happy stay at all

The lady who “cleaned” our room only replaced the towels. Didn’t fix the bed up or clean anything else. Vanessa at the front desk was the MVP. She was kind and nice and always said have fun and be safe. Give that girl a raise. Super sweet human.

the room itself was clean and in good condition with nice balcony however... to shower head but pathetically weak a water pressure. how can you clean out the shampoo from your hair with no water pressure coming out of the shower head? The towels that were provided as bath towels were tiny and very coarse feeling and the sink had a really weird right side mounted sink faucet were normally they are mounted in the center of the sink back. the provided free breakfast was decent.

I didn’t like the German Shepard that showed in the room next to ours and was left alone by the owners to bark when a loud noise was made. And didn’t like the 7 am wake up by the same, I’m on vacation for Pete’s sake. I complained and was told it a pet friendly hotel and they would talk to the people, to no avail. The hotel made no attempt to remedy the situation. Otherwise a pretty nice, clean place, good breakfast, except for the dog lying in the middle of a walkway near the area. Maybe they could segregate the pet friendly rooms into one area of the hotel. I am a dog lover by the way.

This hotel feels like home away from home, impeccably maintained and updated with modern finishings. Vanessa took great care to check in frequently by text to make sure everything was up to our expectations. That was a nice touch! Rooms have big windows and a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Sunsets can be viewed from the balcony on one side and on the other side of the hotel the sunrise over the ocean. Easy to get to the historic downtown. This is Such a great location!
