The lobby and restaurant areas are lovely and updated. The back building of the hotel, which is where the rooms are, has not been redone. It's a sad old hotel

Really like this property and enjoyed our 2nd visit. Restaurant serves good food, rooms are clean, and overall hotel has the old Florida beach feel.

The pool is freezing which was not a welcomed thing for vacation. I did like ability to rent beach chairs and umbrella but did not like that the website said hours were until 6 pm but they came and took our chairs at 4 pm even when we were not ready to go. No sign at the beach hint said hours were different nor did the person that checked us out when we rented. They do have limited sets available as well FYI so go early if you want a set. I would not stay here again due to cold pool, no hot tub and the beach chair issues.

Good size room but had small bath sink counter. Standard Room with 2 queen beds the kings were booked for a wedding. Had a microwave and frige. Beds were comfortable with nice linens.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and comfortability of the beds and oh those pillows felt so luxurious! The food there was delicious and the wait staff and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. 🤗 We had a wonderful stay!

Not worth the price

Walls are thin we could hear the people in the hallways we had to put a town in front of our door to muffle the noice. Could hear the people next door talking, using the hair dryer and taking a shower. Restaurant was great food and portions were wonderful. Easy access to the beach.

loved the location and room was clean and appealing (however i didn't like how strong the air freshener was and I don't like bright lights in the hallways at night). i think it would be nice if you could tone both of those down a bit. But other than that - the bartender (pregnant) was awesome and the room was great.

It’s ok, great staff. Could use exterminating.

Had a nice stay, the staff was excellent - including the house keepers. When filling up my cooler with is, I saw a cockroach. Not a small one. Then my kids were eating breakfast at n the room and another cockroach crawled on my son’s leg (this was in our room). I live in Florida, cockroaches are here, but I never see them in my house. I pay good money for pest control and management. A little disappointed in that. I had to crush it with my shoe. Great location, right on the beach. But it’s not the best beach - so we ended up driving to JAX for our time there. Great for sunrises though and affordable.

The hotel was outdated in decor but had all necessary amenities. The tv reception was glitchy. The connect four game at the outdoor recreation area was broken but the cornhole game was fine. The front desk staff for check in was abrasive and grumpy. Great location on the beach. Beach was clean .

It was perfectly placed on the beach. The pool area was wonderful. The room was a little too much beachy smell but ok. The service at the front desk was super sweet and loved the gift shop! Purchased over $250 there!

Clean and cute

We stayed two nights in a queen room with a partial ocean view, couldn't really see the ocean. The bathroom and the room were very clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very polite. The live music in the attached restaurant was a nice surprise! Would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the resort given the poor reviews some people gave the hotel. First thing I noticed and was appreciative of was that there was not an additional "resort fee" tacked onto the bill, although they could have based on what other hotels offer with that fee. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff seemed to be cleaning and recleaning areas throughout the day. The pool was immaculate. There was a nice gazebo and walkway to the beach, from where we could watch turtles eating and moving around between dunes and burrows. Our 5th floor ocean-view room had a great view of the beach and sunrise. On the negative side, The room was noisy through the closed connecting doors, which was due to about a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the tile floor, so we stuffed a towel in the space. The carpet is ready for replacement, and the door to our balcony took some extra work to get it closed. All of these were minor inconveniences and would not prevent us from booking here again.

The service at the property was friendly and skilled. I appreciated being greeted by the front desk. Every time we came in. The access to the beach is lovely. There are many amenities, including a play area for children, outdoor seating and a large pool.
