I thought Ocean view would be more of an ocean view than the parking lot. The room was OK. I would put the full appearance inside the bedroom. The check-in desk, the girl with bright red orange hair didn't know anything. She had to ask everybody and everything and she was just not good. Hope you get new staff soon. The breakfast bar Everything was cold and I was there at 8 o'clock in the morning and then happy hour ended and I just walked up there and there was people in line at 6:32 and I walked up to be in line before 6:30. She goes all your shut off. If you're standing in line you should still get served. Only the Valet staff was very pleasant and nice. I tipped them well.

Great stay with an amazing oceanfront view! We had a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites. The oceanfront view was beautiful and made our stay extra special. Upon arrival, the valet attendant, Dane, was very welcoming, pleasant and professional, such a great first impression. The attendant who assisted us at checkout she was also very polite and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with omelets cooked to order and made to perfection. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely return.

We stayed during the Night of the Lights event in St Augustine. There was a shuttle stop directly in front of the hotel for transportation to and from the event. The direct beach access was wonderful and the resort had fantastic holiday decorations outside that included “snow”! We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean, room was ok. Breakfast and kitchen staff were outstanding every day. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. We felt that the bar closed too early at night (10:00). We wanted to watch the football game and the bar closed before the game ended but staff was nice enough to leave the TV on for us. Biggest and only complaint is the parking. $40/night is ridiculous and valet is mandatory. I could see if there was a lack of space, but there is not. Word to the wise if you want to save the $40 and don’t mind a walking a block or two….you can leave your car on 16th street overnight. Just make sure there are no signs that say you can’t…we didn’t have a problem.

The reservation I made with Expedia did not register with the Hotel and check in was a nightmare. I had to pay for a last-minute reservation in addition to my original fee with Expedia.

Was checked into a room with guests in it, New room was dirty( hair in bed) and maintenance was poor. Flooring coming up, broken reading light above bed, patch in ceiling. Expected more for this price. Staff tried to help with gift card to restaurants on premises that was denied when tried to use it then manager Dane I believe questioned us and was disrespectful in dealing with the situation. Did have some staff that was good, Stanley and jeandra in particular. Hope embassy brings the level back to a respectable level

Having to pay for Valet and not able to use it because my truck is to big (F250), Though I had to park myself, pick up myself, and I still had to pay for valet, Having to pay for a service and not be able to use that service, Staff was great, no need to argue with them Corporate Policies Sucks!
