Step out of Salt Therapy North and feel the Atlantic pull you in - wide, uncrowded sands are just across A1A, and the salty air does the rest. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath coastal home in North Vilano Beach is spread across three levels, with a private elevator connecting each floor and beach towels and chairs ready to go.

Living space
The open-concept main floor is made for relaxed coastal living - ceiling fans overhead, smart TV on the wall, and natural light pouring in from every direction. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected, and keyless entry means no fumbling at the door.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker to start the morning right. A dining table seats the group, and when the weather calls for it, the BBQ grill and covered outdoor dining area are right outside.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds. Each level stays comfortable with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the home is stocked with bed linens, towels, and all the essentials.

Outdoor & pool
Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The community saltwater pool is shared with the Salt Therapy South house, just steps from the back door. A patio rounds out the outdoor space for morning coffee or evening unwinding.


Boating & parking
Arriving with a boat or trailer? There's room for it - free driveway parking fits up to 3 vehicles, and a launch to the Intracoastal Waterway is just one block away. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a day on the water.

Location
St. Augustine's historic core, restaurants, and shops are just minutes away. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
