Upon check-in, Lynn was outstanding. Very, very accommodating, friendly, engaging, and professional. The other staff were just as friendly and helpful very pleased with this hotel, and would highly recommend it. It is very clean and in a great location.

I was satisfied with the area and the cleanliness of the property. There was just one thing I didn’t like was I asked for a complimentary blanket because I got cold during my stay and the staff told me it wasn’t available to get , housekeeping had already stored them away . For the future they should have spare blankets for the hotel guests

Tired hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. Unfortunately, the condition has deteriorated. Worn ripped carpet, scratch and beat up doors. It needs some fixing up.

The hotel has potential but falls short in a few key areas. The doors are very heavy and tend to slam shut, which made for a noisy night. The parking area in the back could use better lighting—it felt a bit too dark for comfort. We also noticed a large stain on the bed sheets, which looked like it might have been coffee or soda. The toilet didn’t flush properly and needed multiple attempts each time, which was frustrating. Additionally, there’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. Lastly, the room had a noticeable mildew smell, likely coming from the air conditioner. With some attention to these details, this hotel could be a much better experience.

We could hear everything outside, sounded like party in the back parking lot. Talking, car alarm repeatedly going off, burnouts, loud cars engine sounded like it was gonna race. It was all night long.

I booked a handicapped room because I had my 89 y/o Mother. We were placed into a regular room with a tub and grab bars installed. My Mother has a walker. The TV didn’t work and management couldn’t get it to work. The first day I had to take my Mother elsewhere to bathe. I than was able to use her walker to assist her in the shower.

Perfect place to stay for Nascar's return to Rockingham Speedway! Very clean and comfortable room. Easy to find and quiet area. Will definitely stay again if Im ever in the area!

I stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same everyday. I can back from being gone all day and my room door was left open from the staff after cleaning my room. The floors outside my room and inside my room were left with a residue that left the floors very slippery. It has potential of being great hotel but you can tell the staff do not take pride in their jobs or give attention to details

Budget-friendly and would stay again.

I enjoyed the stay. The inside looked very good. The only thing I noticed, which was only a little annoying, was how loud the A/C was while on. Other than that, which may have been a one-off, I would recommend staying here. The breakfast was OK. The location and price were great.
