Excellent spot

The location was excellent and very central to everything However, the apartment felt quite old and was not as clean as expected. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was dirt underneath it. The internet was also not working when we arrived. Although the team eventually managed to get it working, it took several hours to resolve. We were also disappointed that a late check-out of even one hour could not be accommodated.

My family love the place, right in the heart of surfers paradise, everything you need is in the centre. Definitely will booked Again 👌

Had a wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the staff set a high standard of hospitality. Two warm, helpful team members greeted us at check-in and made the process smooth and welcoming. At checkout, another friendly staff member took excellent care of my checkout — we even had a pleasant conversation sharing our experiences from Europe. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is truly fantastic. Everything about the property felt well supported and thoughtfully managed. Highly recommended.
