Remodeled in 2021, this 4-bedroom multi-level townhouse in Lakeland Village comfortably accommodates 12. The open-concept second-floor living area is all about getting everyone together. Gather around the gas fireplace inlaid in a stone wall, or watch the HDTV mounted above. The floors in the living room are heated, so you'll stay extra comfy in winter. There's plenty of seating among the couches, and the table between them makes for a great space to play board games with friends and family. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher. Throughout the home you can enjoy HDTVs with cable and free WiFi.

Your stay includes access to all Lakeland Village amenities, including the private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and children's play area. Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance of Safeway, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. Boat, SUP, and kayak rentals are within walking distance in the summer, and on-site ski and snowboard rental is available in the winter. Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

This home can host a maximum of 10 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7.

The host was very welcoming and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The property was clean and very well maintained. Great family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family of 9! Everyone had a bed to sleep in. The living/dining and kitchen area was roomy enough for all of us. It is conveniently located for all your needs while staying in Lake Tahoe. It was great to have all the amenities such as the pools, spas, and gym! The location is on the lake but not a lake view, but it is just a short walk out to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

A hidden gem of a property

It was an excellent property for a nice weekend. Home was really clean and had plenty of kitchen needs. My only gripe would be the electric grill. Not a fan of it, didnt get hot enough to cook on but I managed.

Very pleased with our stay

Location is great, free parking, rooms and kitchen are comfortable and clean. The only downfall during our stay was that we did not notice right away that there’s a leak on the ceiling in the living room, not until the heavy rain. It was manageable, though. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this place..

Wonderful Property and Location

Our stay at this unit in Lakeland Village was fantastic. The unit itself worked perfectly for our family of four and my mother-in-law who joined us. There was plenty of room. We took over the ground floor which had 3 bedrooms - enough for our kids to each have a room. My mother-in-law took the second floor room near the kitchen and living room space. This allowed all of us to have some privacy and not be completely on top of each other. The living space worked great for us to share meals and hang out on the deck. There is no AC but we never needed it in July. The unit was stocked with every kitchen item we needed for prepping and cooking meals. Everything was clean and fresh and new. The location was great with a very short walk to the beach and pool area. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun vacation!
