Amazing stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. It is such a great home and the owners have thought of everything. The beach is a short walk and it is just a fantastic area. Highly recommend. Favorite place to stay out of all the homes we have stayed at in RI over the summers.

Check in is at 4 but was able to get in once house cleaning was finished. What a beautiful location!! The view from upstairs is gorgeous! The bathrooms were so pretty and modern. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook and more! We fully enjoyed every minute! Thank you!

The property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and you can tell that the owners have put a lot of love into the house. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving and while we were staying there.The view from the 2nd floor of the ocean and Block Island is amazing! It is approx. .25 mile walk to Grenn Hill Beach...so very convenient.

Lovely week at this fabulous house! Very comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms/showers. Really enjoyed the Share Shed especially since we forgot our beach cart. The location is great for beach access and seeing all of our favorite spots!

Lovely house near the ocean

This Green Hill Beach house is clean and well-maintained, with new kitchen and bathrooms, and ample living space for the whole family. A picture-postcard view of the ocean from the second floor living area allowed us to see the sunrise and sunset. Just a short walk around the block to the quiet beach was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the location is excellent, near state parks and beaches. Highly recommend!

Gingerbread traditions

We used this property to host our friends for gingerbread house decorating. This property is amazing! It is spacious and clean, and the location is spectacular! The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and accommodating. My friends asked to have the link to the listing so they can stay there again sometime! Will definitely stay here again and tell all my friends!

Peaceful Ocean Gem

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this home. It is a quick stroll to Green Hill Beach, one of RI’s most peaceful, special beaches. The home is spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and has comfortable beds. And the view from the upper level permits watching the sunrise and sunset. Our hosts were great at communicating and made our stay a delight.

We had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous beach house. It was so clean and the layout was great for our family. The beach is so close and a great beach as well. We are 1000 percent coming back to this house! Can’t say enough great things!

Wonderful Beach Cottage

We loved our stay! Cottage was really comfortable and in a great location right by the beach. Did some nice hikes, went paddle boarding and enjoyed the beach. Highly recommend!
