Room was clean. However, before we left we found a big bug near the window. During our stay our door would not unlock. After having desk clerk reprogram key cards it still did not unlock. Desk clerk had to reset door lock. She was not happy to do it.

Amazing stay! Erica is the best

It was a great stay! We checked in around 10 and Erica was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us and gave us great service. She is a gem. The hotel was very clean and the room was in great condition
