Overall rooms need updating. Carpet seemed dirty and stained. Bed was comfortable though!

Great location not far from the lake and many community locations, nice size room and amenities. Friendly helpful staff. Only issue was cleanliness of bath tub. Bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself before using.

I have stayed here MANY times. The location, comfort of the beds and amenities are exactly what I need for my beach weekends. It's always quiet, the beds are so comfortable and the staff has always let me check in early or check out late. Its nothing fancy- but its always consistent!

Room was clean. Door wouldn’t close without pulling hard to close. TV station would pull in other stations without changing the station. The picture was one station but the words were from a different station.

Right out of town. Easy drive one turn you are there.Nice place,good price. South haven is real scenic. Plenty to do. I recommend.

Smelled like nothing i ever smelled before. Very dirty. Spider was in the shower.

Booked this hotel because it was one of the cheaper ones closest to Gingerman Raceway. I booked a non-smoking room, and the room smelled like it was full of people smoking cigarettes. The towels were dirty and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly so you had to wait like ten minutes for the water to go down. The staff consisting of a couple (husband and wife) was ok, but the main office was closed in the early morning while I was trying to check out. I had to leave without checking out because the office was not staffed and the door was locked.

If WiFi is important to you, don't stay here.We notified the front desk the hour we checked in that it was not working, were told that he would see what he could do about it, but it never worked the whole weekend. I booked two rooms two m months in advance and when our second party arrived their were told they werevery lucky that there had been a cancellation because the manager had overbooked and had planned to put us all in one room if no one cancelled. However, having booked ordinary rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to have adjoining Jacuzzi suites. The decor is outdated and there are holes in the walls everywhere that need repair, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. TV stations are limited, some had very poor reception.

Spent several days here, and the recent renovations have made the place quite comfortable.

Cheapest place in South Haven. On a shopping trip so we didn't spend too much time in the room, but everything was satisfactory. Next time we'll try out the pool. Clean room and comfortable beds. Minor blemishes on walls.

This is an older hotel. Our room looks like it had been painted and maybe had newer carpet. The floors sound like they had a crawl space under them. I think they may have been some type of modular units. King bed was hard, not much padding on the mattress. If you are just looking for someplace to sleep, go for it. Otherwise you can find something nicer.
