Harbor Club offers convenient golf cart rentals, a second outdoor pool located by the marina, and access to boat rentals for a full resort-style experience. House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 16 people

- Two dogs allowed for an extra fee

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: The host has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group.

- NOTE: There is a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home.



FAQ:  The pool is heated with a retractable roof. It is open all year-round and accessible with a key fob located inside the home. A second outdoor pool is located at the marina and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
