Beautiful, clean, well appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and the quick walk to the beach/lake was so nice. The host/management team was great with communication and if we needed anything at all, we wouldn't have hesitated to reach out. They checked in on a regular basis, which was so nice. The property is beautiful! The only concern (not a negative, as the grounds couldn't be more beautiful) was the backyard has a steep drop off. We had our dog with us and the house itself is definitely pet friendly. There were lots of squirrels and birds and we even had a visit from a super cute groundhog. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing and you are surrounded by so much beauty, It was great to be able to go into town if we wanted to, but also nice that we could order groceries via instacart if we didn't. Anything we may have needed was close by! We would definitely stay here again! We were only able to stay a few days this time, but would love to return for a longer visit. Would recommend the house to everyone!

Great Family Getaway!

Staying at the Guest House was amazing! All the windows let in so much natural light. We loved how close it was to the private beach. Easy to take our young kids to it whenever it was convenient! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to spend a comfortable and relaxing week. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely home

Very clean, comfortable house. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Bring your own spices etc. if you plan on doing much cooking. Both fireplaces had broken screens and ignition didn’t work. That was a disappointment as nights were cool and it would have been nice to use one of them. House is nestled in lovely wooded area with vaulted ceiling and wall to wall windows which create a beautiful space. Bed is very comfortable and linens and towels are good quality. There were some minor repairs that should be attended to which I passed along to management company. A very nice home which I would recommend. We’d like to return.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This property is located perfectly secluded in the woods of a small neighborhood steps from the lake. House was spacious with beautiful windows and sliding glass doors ceiling to floor. Short e-bike ride to town

Great Family Retreat

The house was wonderful for 4 adults, 3 year old and 3 small dogs. House had large areas to cook, eat and relax. It was clean and spacious for our family. The nice sandy beach was a short walk and a flight of stairs, so we also got some steps in. The big windows on the main floor allowed us to see the trees and the windows on the top floor showed gorgeous sunsets over the lake. The location was only a short drive to downtown South Haven and freeway, so an ideal spot. Notes/Suggestions: - The descriptions of the house only says Dog Friendly, but there are extra fees you need to pay. I suggest adding the fee amount to the description. Also, I would recommend adding stepping stones/pavers to the grass area. It was challenging for children (and adults) to get to the grass area from back deck. - The amount of the stay per day/night is not including all the extra fees you end up paying. Suggest having all those extra fees be included to give you a more accurate description. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house.

Three days at the lake

House was as advertised. Great location, very clean and nicely furnished and well equipped. The goodie bag for our pups was a great gesture. The only concern was the sheer unfenced drop-off next to the property. Other than that it was a great choice for few days at the lake. The management team was great- Checking in with us to see if we were in need of anything. Impressive.

Family vacation

Great location to the beach! We loved going for sunsets and star gazing! Convenient proximity to downtown restaurants and bars. We also spent a day in Saugatuck which was only a short drive. Would definitely recommend !

Wonderful weekend at the guest house

We were in South Haven for a few days and the guest house helped make it a perfect trip. The private beach was beautiful and offered an amazing sunset viewing spot. The house was perfect for unwinding, relaxing on the spacious deck and enjoying the lovely bird songs from the many trees on the property. The soaking tub was the best way to end the day. We fully enjoyed our trip and would visit again. Staff was wonderful and prompt with responding to questions.
