Had a check in issue Fri night of football weekend. The staff memeber could not figure out my billing inconsistency Fri or Sat. Also, my second room that I booked was nowhere to be found. He didnt' care. When I asked for additional water for a suite w 3 people, I was told a firm no. I still haven't received my money back for the billing issue. The pull out bed is not suitable for an adult let alone a child. Great property and nice breakfast and most staff are nice but I did not deal with the helpful one during my stay. Unfortunatley left disappointed.

Comfy bed and nice pillows. The rooms and whole pace could use a remodel, everything is a bit run down and looking shabby. The best fast room is cozy, and the breakfast was great! Even has real plates, mugs, and silverware. The noise from the busy streets was very loud in the morning.

Location was fantastic, but had called twice to confirm the type of room booked and a late check in. They gave us wrong rooms and no one was available to fix as we arrived late. They said they attempted to call to fix it the next day but their phones couldn’t call long distance. I found that strange since they had left me a voicemail the week before to confirm everything

Very pleasant stay

We’re very pleased and pleasantly surprised with our 2-day stay at Ivy Court. Comfortable and quiet with nice amenities of fruit, snacks and drinks available all day and a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning. Everything was very clean, and as other reviews note, some aspects of this place are a little dated or tired, but it didn’t detract from our experience. While our visit had no connection to Notre Dame, if you were, this would be a great location. We were just sightseeing in Elkhart and LaGrange counties in Indiana and Southwest and central Michigan and this was a good location for us.
