4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in a convenient location close to Notre Dame. Unfortunately, the overall stay was disappointing. We did not have cable or Wi-Fi for our entire stay. The shower drain did not work properly, so we had to stand in standing water while showering. There was also no hair dryer or iron provided in the room. The location and comfortable bed were positives, but the lack of basic amenities and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected. To make matters worse, there was very little customer service or effort to address these issues during our stay.

No frills but for a budget hotel it did the trick for an overnight stay after a concert. Clean room and our floor (4th) was quiet. Walkable to Notre Dame stadium. Restaurants near by.
