Terrible hotel, room dirty , bathroom smell urine, beds cause alergy , sheets unlikely washed and dirty carpet , noise AC over the bed. Room is huge but that’s the only positive. Wouldn’t stay there even for free!!

Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.

Pros: Beds were Comfortable, location and great breakfast. Cons: noisy (need anti noise windows) because next to shopping and very busy street, new towels (they were so old and with stains) and tinted windows because the morning light came through the blackout curtains.

Hotel bem localizado, porém necessita melhorar suas instalações. Além da estrutura que está gasta com o passar dos tempos e falta de modernização, precisam também melhorar a qualidade do enxoval (cama e banho). Devido ao barulho da avenida, também deveriam avaliar janelas anti ruído.
