I was surprised that they had such a well staffed breakfast because it was an offseason and not too many people at the hotel. They are really looking to turn this place around which is great

The room renovation felt kind of cheap. The bathroom sink could not hold water, the floor was not level and felt like it wasn't fully secured to the subflooring, and the fridge in my room didn't seem to stay cold

It is a dated hotel. Bathroom had some mold, no soap dish. Desk and nightables dir not have plugs for phone and tablet chargers. Basic accomodations.

The building was outdated and needs some touch ups however my room was amazing, always clean with fresh linens with a great view of the Marina, the bed was so so comfy! The staff especially the front desk morning girl and the evening guy ( sat-thur). So delightful, kind, and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

We were pleasantly surprised as to how well-kept this property was. Check-in was quick and the desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Be aware, however, that if you are staying with your pet, there is a $50 a night fee. Our cat was only briefly out of her kennel in the room, and there was no "incidents". So we felt that the deposit for those two nights (for our cat) that she stayed should have been refundable. But even so, the room was very nice and we did enjoy our stay very much. Being on the ground floor was super convenient, and parking was great. There were many good restaurants around the area, too. Would we stay there again? That would be a definite YES. :-)
