Newly listed on March 26, 2024! This serene and spacious waterfront home with sandy private beach is only minutes from Pana, yet away from the hubbub of town!

This one-of-kind villa features impressive, panoramic lake and volcano views from almost every room. Built on three levels with three separate living rooms, multiple social areas, lush expansive lawn with plenty of shady and sunny spots to take in the views!

The property is located a 5-10 walk from the Reserva Natural and Hotel Atitlan
Other things to note
this house is not appropriate for people with mobility issues as there are many stairs

As part of new regulations inacted by the Guatemalan tax authority in January, 2023 (Acuerdo Gubernativo 245-2022), all businesses are required to submit an official government invoice for all sales in excess of Q.2500; failure to do so could result in a fine for the hosts (i.e. property owners).
