Beach access is unavailable during high tide at the moment (the beach changes rapidly), the public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access

The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question he was quick to respond and very friendly! My partner and I honestly had such a great stay here. The place was super clean, cozy, and just really easy to feel comfortable in. The location and views were amazing, especially the sunrises, and it was the perfect spot to relax and just enjoy the trip. It truly is directly on the water.
