Walk just a few steps to private beach access or walk a couple minutes to the public pier to fish or just take in the breathtaking views from the many decks overlooking the ocean and the sound. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is newly renovated and comfortably appointed for your perfect family vacation experience. Book now! You will not be disappointed! This is a 3 story house with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Third floor is living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Great views of the ocean. Second floor has a second master and two bunk rooms. All newly updated. Laundry and elevator for your convenience. Nice patio off the lower level with beach gear galore. You can message us anytime, we are only 10-15 minutes away. Must be at least 25 years of age to rest, there must be a guest of that age staying during the entire length of the stay. ✓ This is a NON SMOKING home. Did we mention we are pet friendly. Bring your dog. We allow 2 under 50 lbs. or send us an inquiry about an exception. Do NOT automatically book unless you qualify above. We do have some breed restrictions. We also have a $150 pet fee, total.

This was a wonderful place for multiple generations to stay together in northern Topsail, with nicely decorated rooms, nice linens and towels provided, a well-equipped kitchen, and at a beautiful location. A family member with mobility challenges used the elevator, which worked smoothly and was very helpful. The owners were very responsive and all went very smoothly. We would stay again and enjoy more beautiful ocean sunrises / sunsets!

This home was amazing. Having an elevator was so helpful as we brought our own groceries and cooked all of our meals (the elevator was great to take luggage and groceries upstairs). The beach was only steps away and so quiet and peaceful. There was a small hiccup when we arrived since the code I was given did not unlock the door. I contacted the host and was quickly given an updated code that worked, so I was pleased with the communication I received.

Great place to stay in North Topsail Beach

This was a great house in NTB! The house was very well stocked with everything you need, except a grill. The owners were super fast to respond questions and messages! We loved having the elevator to get groceries, coolers and ice to the top floor. We would recommend this house to others!
