It was my first stay in an Aspen Suites hotel and the experience could not have been better. At check in I was greeted by staff that gave me a sincere welcome. He further explained how available he was to provide assistance. My room was clean and met my expectations. I stayed for three nights and the rest of the staff were equally as helpful as my introduction to the hotel. The Sitka Aspen Suites made me a convert but they set a high crossbar.

The Aspen suites in Sitka has the kindest and caring staff I’ve ever experienced. The location is absolutely perfect, close to both activities and many restaurants. My room was impeccably, clean, check in simple, check out simple, and the transportation shuttle was as quick as could be at the airport. This will be my place to stay from now on in Sitka, Alaska.!

We needed an overnight room before joining our cruise ship. The shuttle picked us up in a timely manner at 11:00pm. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of town, the rooms were clean and the staff helpful in finding a place for breakfast.
