This magnificent villa features a large garden, a chill-out area connecting with the interior of the house, and a spacious pool. The pool is built with stairs inside and a bench where you can sunbathe without leaving the water.

Family villa with minimalist decoration, large open spaces, and great connectivity with the exterior of the villa.

Its interior consists of a total of 2 floors and is characterized by its flat construction.
The entrance door leads us to the ground floor, where we find the living and dining room, with ample space and a TV in front of the sofa. The rooms have large glass windows that illuminate the villa throughout the day and allow you to enjoy the incredible views of the pool.

HOW TO BOOK:

We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you want to book a week straddling other days, do not hesitate to contact us to clarify rates and availability.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stays, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. If you wish to add additional services, below we detail the extra costs for each of them:

Important aspects related to rates and payments:

1. You can pay with a Visa credit card with a 3% surcharge as a commission for card payment.

2. You can also pay by bank transfer at no extra cost.

3. The Vrbo help service can be contracted with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning costs:
- Stays of one month: Two intermediate cleanings, one at the end of each week, each costing 100 €. Full final cleaning at the end of the month, costing 350 €.

5. Heating/electricity/gas surcharge: 750 €/month, charged based on actual consumption, applicable for monthly rentals (from 15/04 to 15/10). From 15/10 to 15/04, the surcharge is 1000 €.

6. Late check-in (20:00 to 24:00): 45 €.

7. Late check-in (after 24:00): 70 €.

8. The deposit is 3000 €.

9. Surcharge of 250 € for short stays that include New Year's Eve.

10. Surcharge for Christmas/New Year/Epiphany: 1500 €/week.
