I have Asthma I guarantee my room has mold it’s was on the walls and coming out of the ceiling I want a full refund I have photos too the towels had holes in them I got bites from the Bedding probably has bed bugs
It’s an easy stay for two nights. Room is very small but did not spend much time there anyway

Room 14: The room smelled of mold and on day 2 we had ants. They took care of the ants. That's my absolute only negative on my stay. The hotel is very central and you can walk to it from the train station. The staff here is amazing. Every person that you meet here is so friendly. We were in a room that was pool side (look at the vines near the pool in the pic.) It was a quiet room at night, but you will hear people talking in the halls in the morning. I would stay here again but maybe request a different room.
The pool deck courtyard is a real gem. Really nice place to relax and have a drink.

Just off a busy pedestrian way, you walk through a lobby to a quiet and stylish pool area where you can unplug from running around. The front desk offered towels but needed a deposit which we were not used to, but we thought it was a great choice for the value.

DearYou have asthma and you have been 4 days in a room supposedly with the characteristics that you detail and you complain through a chat at the exit without even commenting anything to the reception?Room 19 has no insects on the mattress, the bed base, the headboard or the bed linen. We also have photos. We do not accept any refund as at no time have you personally complained to find a solution if there was a problem.Regards,
