No hot tub, cold kids pool, cold pool area. Got sass because asked several times about getting it fixed. Took pictures of the top of the coffee machines, because I wrote clean on top in the dust laying on it. Food in the breakfast room was not overly warm, and sausages were definitely over cooked. Family that had 4 rooms will never be back to stay

Of course I always like the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express around the country. The kitchen staff did a great job getting the food replenished and the tables clean. Front desk person was friendly.
