We got in late and then had to leave at 5:30a before breakfast was ready. We me Lou and she was the kindest staff person we met! She invited our kids in to the breakfast area to make themselves waffles for their breakfast and chatted with my husband even though the breakfast area wasn’t open yet. She was a gem and Hampton is lucky to have her! She made our morning and our kids said they would have loved to invite her on our travels for the day!
