Bedbugs! We were laying in bed about to fall asleep when my husband saw a bug on his pillow, it was a bed bug. I took the bug in a cup to the front desk and showed the front desk employee the bed bug and she just kept saying that the pest control came 2 days ago. I told her we were not staying and she would not give me a refund. I attempted to get a refund through orbitz and they would not refund either, since the property would not approve the refund. We spent 2 hours in the hotel before leaving. Not to mention the drunk man passed out in the lobby when we left.
Staff was good, the area was okay, the building was well maintained.
It was for a one night, stay staff was nice, hotel needs updated beds were not comfortable. Just felt little uneasy.
First there was a passed out person right in front of the lobby, also couple shady characters outside. This motel looked like a drug house. The property manager was really rude and took our key and told us to leave after we checked in, because we wanted to see the room after observing all of that. Wouldn’t recommend even to an enemy

Bad shape, rules on pets changed after booking. A/C broke. Lock on door broke. Smells bad. Not worth ever visiting again.
Travelers could do worse a modest hotel no nonsense clean and does the trick

Management was polite other than that nothing stood out. Exterior was run down and room ok.
Room was warm. AC worked but fan was stuck on low. Took awhile to cool off. That was ok, but the guy at the front desk didn't want to even come upstairs to see it. Pretty lazy staff. Besides that, it's a great place. I'd would come again!

Right off the highway and very quiet. Friendly staff and very quick check in. Fruit and yogurt available along with danish and waffles. Great place for traveling overnight stay.

It was a good clean room. The motel was in a good location near the hwy, and a gas station with a store.
It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and adequate. It was right off the freeway on our way north so it was very convenient. One key didn't work and the window to the outside didn't lock, but they had never had a break -in so we didn't worry for one night.
2nd time for us to stay there due to being near a restaurant we wished to visit. However, due to remodel/construction there, the only rooms available were in the basement, lower level. Had 2 queens. One didn't have all the sheets on it; no bed spreads; bad smells in the room and hallway. Never stay there again!

Hello, Thank you very much for your business and wrote about difficulty of Bed-Bug issue. If you want to see the receipt of pest control monthly service we are more than happy to provide. Upon check out we went in the room checked everything out but we haven't find anything related bedbug at all. The same room we rented in past and rented to the other gust after your stay as well. We haven't heard any complaint from any body yet. Again, If you think it was inconvenience, We heartily saying sorry for that. See us again on your next visit of town.

You told us that you are very high allergic to chemicals and smoke. We explained to you that all motels use bleach and chemicals to clean bathrooms. You see the room and you like it. But we denied the service and canceled the reservation without any penalty. some one was drunk outside of the property that can not bother any gust inside the property. If you have a any requirements you should call the property first and then reserve the room. Your requirements not Mach to the our property.
