Clean and friendly and great location for what we needed
Friendly staff, being put in a handicap room without asking for one or needing one was rude. No offense to those who need a transfer bench in the bathroom, when you neither need or want one sucks. Was this because I booked on Orbitz? Not a great business plan! Boo!

This is my second two day stay at this hotel. I’m not disappointed. I had a minor issue, and it was resolved quickly. The beds are comfortable, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean & quiet. Need to assign a staff to breakfast room to stock & tidy up but very satisfactory
Have only two complaints, one is there was a bottle of wine broken in the room freezer, which made a little bit of a mess. Second, the breakfast area if way to small for the amount of people who were there. Seats maybe 16, and a very small area where the food is.
