I have stayed at this hotel a number of times.The staff are brilliant and do everything to help. However the hotel needs a makeover and deep clean. Once done I would have no problem stopping again.

Good value great location!

Signed up for a room that said they had cable TV and I was told that it wasn’t working. I needed to have my own cable and hook it up to a computer. Very confusing and disappointing. Excellent restaurant right attached to the hotel and wonderful location in old town. Pub Street and market places within a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend other than the desk staff not helping me out with the TV.

This hotel is really good and as for any negative comments said about it I would have to say it’s not true. I would highly recommend to try and get a suite because it gives you so much space. It has amazing food and you must try their cheese burger with this corn flour crust on top of it and it tastes so good. This hotel gets two thumbs up keep up the good work would highly recommend to anyone coming to siem reap because it’s location is close to everything like places like pub street

The property was good value for money and in a good location. Beware some of the rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Hard work after a hard day in the heat.

Viva hotel

The viva hotel is in the popular bar area, but having said that it was quite and relaxing at night I had a early night going to bed before 10pm and was not disturbed by any outside noise, so this location is worth considering,

I found nothing to complain about. The hotel is a very nice place to stay for the price. The staff are very friendly. it is not a five star hotel and does not pretend to be one. I expected it to be a bit noisy given the location but I was wrong. Good value hotel.

Check in fast and easy.Staff very friendly and obliging.clean room with room service.food downstairs was ok.has a lift.can walk to riverside where there are many bars and resturants or $3 tuk tuk ride.this is the fifth time we have stayed here.

The downstairs restaurant was great and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable and vegetarian options are available. The place is located at a superb location. There was only one hotel guy who was helpful. The receptionist was always clueless about everything. The answer for anything was "I don't know". The room had a constant noise from the AC and some other generator or Motor. Since the room was situated in the top floor it was very hot most of the time. There are power cuts and no backup generator and at that can't stay in the room it's too hot and no wifi.

Somewhat comforting

Nice, cozy, quite big room for the standard room. Got the lounge area fill with bar seating and a pizza restaurant too. Friendly staff with good English.

Close enough to Pub St

A nice big room, but no comfortable chair to sit in. Inadequate lighting to read by. Kettle provided, but no cups or tea and coffee. Why? Hotel has an old Colonial charm but showing signs of neglect and poor maintenance. Very busy and popular restaurant downstairs. Some noise from the extremely loud thumping music from the competing cocktail carts nearby is audible in the room. I probably would stay again but request a room at the back.

Staff try hard.

Must upgrade your room. Superior room no window,leaking pipes, must be slim person to use toilet. Entrance to rooms is next to the kitchen. Sat on sidewalk table for breakfast with a rat and a cat. The rat was bigger and the cat couldn't care. Welcome to Asia.
