Positives: decent breakfast, lovely staff, only a couple dollars to main area, nice quiet area, can get laundry done on site. Negatives: mattress was grey lumpy and stained, blood on duvet, window/door looked out onto an alley of dirt and bricks, plug in shower was blocked.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff

We were transferred to this hotel after we arrived to discover our original hotel had closed due to the owner's illness - and we were so glad we were. First of all, a word about the Expedia transfers team, who sorted out our problem quickly, efficiently and with great professionalism. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the small swimming pool was a definite bonus in the hot weather. The availability of tuk-tuks to take us to the Angkor Wat temple complex at very reasonable rates was a big plus. And the hotel even has a free shuttle tuk-tuk to take you downtown whenever you want. Even the meals - both Western and Khmer - are reasonably priced and very tasty. The staff- who all seem incredibly young - were exceptionally attentive and couldn't have done more for us. All in all, an ideal place to stay in Siem Reap.

Hotel advertised here as free airport transfers, despite a message a day before confirming my airport arrival they didn't arrange transport. Then arranging at the end to get free transport back, they told me it was one way only....really had to argue to get what was advertised. Location was poor compared to many others. They did have free ride one way to market, but seemed out of way for tour pick ups and such. Much better locations. Breakfast choice was mediocre and disappointing compared to other stays. WiFi was scattered. Room linens were clean, but overall grungy tub and bathroom and in need of a good scrub. Pool was tiny and outdoor area.....pictures looked nice but it really only had like a couple of seats outdoors. Find somewhere else to stay.

Cambo Boutique Review

We had a family room on the top floor. It was very comfortable for 4 people. They provided 1 bottle of water per person per day. Plan to purchase more water. The location was 25 minutes away to downtown if you walk. The hotel provided a one way tuk tuk ride into town except for holidays. The cost of tuk tuk each way is $2 or $3 US. The breakfast was off the menu but limited. Staff were nice. Overall I rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 because of value for money.

Great option outside of town

We stayed at Boutique for 3 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The hotels is located outside of town but they offer free Tuk Tuk into town every day from 7 am. They helped us book our trip to Angkor as well as our bus to Bangkok. The pool is small but comfortable, we enjoyed an in room massage as well as good food and reasonable prices in the restaurant. Breakfast was five star with both Asian style and western style options to chose from. I would highly recommend.

A really good stay!

Hotel service is really good, the hotel assigned us a really friendly tuk-tuk driver to go to Angkor Wat and around city. Food at the hotel was great, and there is free tuktuk from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the city (check the hours). Great Stay!

Hotel is just a little out of the main centre bustle - a good thing! Hotel provides free tuk-tuk service to town; own way back - a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early plane and were given our room 20 minutes (without hesitation) after arrival - after cleaning. Breakfast is satisfying. Hotel is correctly rated at 3 star i.e. not luxury BUT clean and very suitable for short stay when you're 'on the road' or soaking up the evening offerings in central market / restaurant area. We found hotel to be great value for money.

OK stay in Seim Reap

Angkor Wat is a must see and the Tuk Tuk driver who was at the hotel was very good. The swimming pool is small but ok and the sun beds surprisingly nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not special. Local area is ok in places.

Good value in Siem Reap

Good well priced, well positioned hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Ok breakfasts. Always a Tuk tuk on hand for the relatively short ride to town. Good restaurants locally. Pool is small bu pleasant.
