Just being honest on what was expirienced

Firstly Property cannot be contacted. Staff are not so friendly and accomodating. Not so much of a warm reception from the staffs. Wont let us utilize the pool, always with different reasons. Booking is confusing and not consistent with what was offered. Room ammenities lacking like television, non functional shower and no water heater. Bidet is not working. Wifi not so strong. Family was excited to spend the night dor the first time with that kind of ambience that seems simple and close to the beach. Yet service and sincerity towards our stay was not so great. Its like they are hassled by us being there.
