This would be a 3.5 star hotel in North America (just for some context). Decent location. I dont think any hotel in Dumaguete is quiet. Good restaurant and friendly staff.

The room we were staying at 6:01 had a lot of insects and bugs in the room. You need to spray your rooms for bug repellent. The window was also leaking water from the rain on the headboard side of the bed on the floor other than that thank you very much

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay. The buffet breakfast was cold, and we woke up to find there was no water available in the morning. As a result, we couldn't flush the toilet or take a shower before our departure. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience.

Yes, we had a nice stay there. Amenities were great. We loved the morning buffet. The room was clean good service. We will be back December 3. Staff was very friendly at the reception and at the restaurant thank you so much.
