The main problem here is the noise from the Hwy. (Right next to the main intersection) Also, the noise from whoever was above me got unbearable at times.

there was blood spatter on the pillowcase in our first room, then hair on the bed and other nastiness in the second room. Management was very nice and accommodating, canceling our reservation and refunding our money.

Rented a room cause it was late and needed a cheap place to rest.the room we decent and clean. The towels were holy and dirty. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

My dog and I stayed the night. No frills place. No shampoo. No hair dryer. Did have a microwave and mini fridge. The pet area was dark and felt unsafe. Bed was comfortable. Overall, would stay here again as they did not charge extra for my dog.

The property is clean and theirs plenty of security cameras. However, the man at the front was very rude and chastised me for using my Passport ID because "it doesn't scan..." "Next time you need to bring your driver's license or state ID." If it were not so late I would have cancelled. The previous staff were wonderful, but there will be no next while he is there. BTW, over the phone, he was polite to me, but both before and after face encounters he was not.

A bit noisy but otherwise just fine.

If the Traveler has a white noise app it can be fine, but the property sits at the intersection of two highways, with a stoplight affecting traffic both ways. There are a lot of motors starting up when the lights turn green, motorcycles making a lot of noise, trucks really loud, etc. Plus, I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring in his sleep. Other than that, everything was absolutely fine.

Noisy. Stay on the 2nd floor.

Looks as if the hotel has been renovated. Very modern, spacious and tastefully done. There were stains on the sheets and towels and something dripped on the bathroom door that had not been wiped off. There is no insulation between the floors. Our upstairs neighbor was walking around a lot and dropping things. It was very noisy. They kept us up past 1am and woke us up early.

I originally got the 1 queen bed room For myself, and my daughter and grandaughter just so happened to be passing through Show Low. I talked her into staying with me. I wanted to give them the bed and opted to call front desk for a rollaway for me. Front desk said absolutely cannot bring a rollaway because it would not fit. FURNITURE MOVES TO ACCOMDATE THE TWIN SIZE ROLLAWAY. Disappointed! Housekeeping knocks on my door at 9:45 am, not even giving me a chance to get to the door to answer before she opened my door. I asked her why she was opening my door. She replied it was because i was checking out. Check out is at 11:00 am no one shoukd be knocking on doors prior to that time.

Floor had a layer of funk that made a washcloth black just sopping up a small water spill. Bed sheets and pillows were covered in short black hair. At first we thought the sheets had not been changed, but it looks like they just don’t clean their washer or dryer and just keep putting the hair back into the washed sheets. They were also stained and spotted, something bleach would have removed. The floor in the bathroom was very soft and had holes that had been covered with tape. We don’t know where they got their 8.4 rating because they sure haven’t earned it compared to the hotel we stayed at that had an 8.2 rating. Will never recommend them.

Noisy with unfriendly staff.

The lady who checked me on was unfriendly. It's too close to a major intersection and incredibly noisy. The bed was way too soft. The morning guy, who I think was the owner wasn't friendly either. I definitely will stay somewhere else when I pass through show low in a month.

This was a very nice stay, the service was kind of short and rude, but the room was nice, clean and the first Motel 6 i have stayed at without having to watch for cockroaches! There was none! Ac/Heater worked great. I would definitely book here again.
