Our stay was barely tolerable and fell far short of acceptable standards.The communication issues began immediately; despite our requests, check-in instructions were not provided until after 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, the house was in poor condition. The kitchen was dirty, including the dishes and a filthy stove top. Since we traveled to Show Low specifically to prepare meals for a football camp, a functional kitchen was a necessity. Unfortunately, the stove is broken and the breaker was turned off, making our tasks nearly impossible to complete.The rest of the home was equally disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the provided pillows were practically non-existent. The bathrooms were in a state of disrepair: one shower handle was broken off, and the other shower faucet felt loose and improperly mounted. Additionally, most of the blinds throughout the house were either broken or missing, and the backyard was unkempt and full of dead weeds. Finally, we were greeted by a full trash can upon arrival, leaving us no choice but to stack our own trash in bags beside it.I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that disrupted our plans.
