Please note: You will 1st enter through the bathroom until the Hall Way is built through the closet. As seen online pics. Subjected to 1852 home design. Lovely room very Quiet! Please Note: This 1852 Historic Evans House built before the Civil War beautifully restored Antebellum is NOT (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act approved. This Historic Home has large stones in the ground before the porch and is not wheel chair, walker or cane friendly. Located Just 1.2 miles away from the TN Walking Horse Celebration. Only 3 blocks from shopping, restaurants and movie theater on the historical Shelbyville square. The Duck River is less than 1 mile with a public boat ramp. 7 miles Nearest Green Distillery has the world’s longest bar with restaurant. Jack Daniel's Distillery Visitor Center 16 miles, 1 hour south of Nashville.

Nice location. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Owners were quick to answer questions and provided well marked/well lit parking area. The rooms could use a refresh. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was well stocked. Hosts left many quick breakfast options. We enjoyed our stay in the area.
