Our room smelled very musty. We reported to front desk and they said to turn air conditioning on high. We did but it didn’t improve the smell.

Back door to the hotel was broken so it stayed open when you opened it. So did our first room (plus didn’t lock), so we had to get a new room. That room had a broken bathroom door handle and the door barely slid shut. Hair in the beds. And no free breakfast which was part of why we chose this location!

Horribke not worth tge space it takes up...

This was the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed in. We paid for 4 guests. We were only given 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels, when we asked the front desk for another set for the second set of guests that we paid for we were told they only give 2. We would have to return the dirty ones if we wanted another set. They had no breakfast both days that we were there. The sofa bed was disgusting (old lollipop stick and dirt all over the bed) and the bedspreads were stained. The beds were hard as rocks but yet lumpy at the same time. Not sure how that happens.

The customer service was terrible. If you need clean towels you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk. The cleaning people can't give them to. They said the breakfast was with the room. But that is not true, there in NO breakfast at all. We won't pick Main Stay again especially this place.

This is the 4 time we have stayed here when we come into town. Never been disappointed. Great staff always helpful. Rooms are always clean. Parking is super. There is everything you should need right around us.

The facility was overall fairly clean, and staff were mostly helpful. Night shift left something to be desired though. We had one bathroom door that had come off its track-night shift person was very accusatory that the people in the room had "done something to it" but that was not what happened at all (1 roller was already off track when we checked in so when the bathroom door was completely closed to be used it fell the rest of the way off). They did tell us that it would have to fixed the next day-that's fine BUT this door was very heavy, was really a hazard because it was blocking the bathroom so we had to crawl under it to get to said bathroom. 3 people in the room, using the restroom, needing it to get ready in the morning etc. Not very convenient or safe really. Come to find out the manager the next morning had not even been told about the door. She seemed surprised when I went down to discuss it, I just had a feeling I should discuss it with day shift. And I was right. 2nd night shift fiasco was we found that one of the hairdryers in the room was not working. Called down to see if we could get a replacement or get one from an unused room. Night shift staff seemed unaware that was even a possibility (it pops right off the wall), and we were told that we would be called back after speaking with their manager. Never called back. Never offered anything to rectify really. We ended up popping the hairdryer off the wall ourselves and just shared between rooms.

Freshly remodeled! Still smelled new!

Hotel was very nice and refurbished. The only problem we had was their key card machine was not operational as of yet, so any time we wanted to leave the room we had to wait for the reception person to walk us up and let us in.
