The property was easy access and great service.
There were roaches in our room!! I should have complained at the time but didn't. That's on me. I called 3 times afterwards asking for the manager. He finally returned my call days later. We had a good conversation. I told him about the roaches and where they were coming from. (I stuffed wet toilet paper into the hole in the bathroom wall where they were living to keep any more from coming out) He told me he would check into it and get back to me. Never heard from him again. Frustrating that a manager doesn't follow up. As far as I know the place is infested with roaches!!
Reserved room for my brother that came in town. Room, lobby, surrounding areas very well maintained. My brother confirmed the hot breakfast was very good and included more than just a standard continental breakfast. Would highly recommend for long or short stays.

Staff was very polite, friendly and ready to help. Way more so than at a places with higher "star rating" in large cities. There was an issue with the network, but the lady at the front desk immediately called the provider and the issue was quickly resolved. Very quiet, clean, nice shower.

Cleanliness
This is one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel and it was because of the staff. I came during the middle of a snow storm and they were so accomdating. I forgot my toothpaste and they provided me another. They also helped me get my laundry done, because my flight was cancelled. Since the roads were bad due to the storm they said there was no rush to get onto the road and check out. When I finally decided to leave one of the employees scrape all of the snow off my car. They truly went above and beyond in my time of need. We need more people like that!
