Pros-the room was cheap and clean, and the staff was very friendly. They have a nice breakfast in the morning.
Cons-I was trying to check in and was approached by a rather unstable individual… The encounter went on for a few painful minutes before the front desk attendant arrived (I had to call for service on the phone that was provided at the desk). This seemed like a normal occurrence, judging by the demeanor of the front desk, staff. The whole hotel smelled like curry, which I love, but do not wish to smell like. Half-used bottles of toiletries were still in the hotel room, I am assuming intended for my use. It is worth noting that there were full bottles of travel size toiletries also there, which is nice, but I thought that leaving the half used bottles was kind of cringey. The refrigerator was unplugged, I assumed this was for energy conservation, but it was a little inconvenient, as I had brought a few things that needed to be refrigerated immediately.
Overall, not a bad place, but you certainly get what you pay for.
