Check in had to dial the phone at the front desk. No answer. Had to try several times before someone came to check us in. No tables or chairs for breakfast. Only cereal, chocolate muffins, yogurt. Asked if there was anything else. She offered frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. Very disappointed. Please contact us.
The Orbitz amenities list for the property indicated swimming pool and free breakfast. Neither was available. Several motels I have stayed with, have solved the Covid breakfast issue via “brown bag”, “grab and go” breakfasts.

The property was dirty. After checking in we were told there was no breakfast due to covid and the pool was under renovation. I asked what kind of refund i would be receiving. They told me I had to reach out to orbitz.
The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Crisp linens soft pillows, light blocking drapes and very friendly staff. The best place in Shawano!

A young man from the desk helped us carry our bags to the 2nd floor. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spotless. Decor was nice. Downstairs and breakfast facilities and services were excellent too. Would highly recommend this clean and comfy Shawano Quality Inn to others and we would stay there again!
Nice clean hotel with nice rooms. We were at the end of the hall which was a little noisy across from a storage room which the staff was going in and out of as early as 7:00 am. Not quietly. Otherwise great.

Nice but there is no elevator to the second floor. Difficult getting luggage up the stairs.
Need to clean breakfast area furniture. Chairs are stained.
A very welcoming feeling upon our arrival, knowledgeable and helpful staff. This Hotel is Updated & CLEAN, the lobby area & the rooms (my allergies thank you)! Our room was big and comfortable. We had a restful sleep, hot showers, and a yummy breakfast! THANK YOU!!
Clean, quite hotel, great for the price. Bathrooms are larger than most low price hotels, with a lot of vanity space.
