Room service wasn’t the best since room not ready until well street checking in. They have breakfast voucher for delay and everything would have been ok. But rooms were still not that great and room service was also missing. But we were there only for 2 nights so not a big deal for us.

Close to everything in Seward town. Nice clean, but older property. We were on the 1sr floor which got some noise from outside. But it’s a great economical and convenient place to stay.

Two sections to this hotel. We booked the historical side @ $400/night for 3 nights and received a queen bed in a very tiny room that truly appears “very historical” (pipes exposed on the ceiling) and not exactly what I would want for my next trip. We did have own bathroom which was nice. however @ this price point I was disappointed with our stay. The hallway smell triggered the recent memory of my Mom being in a care facility. I did over hear guests say how nicely remodeled the newer side of the building was. I would not return to the historical side. I felt price gouged.

Unbeatable location, downtown, walkable to everything. The shower was excellent, with almost immediate hot water. However, the “ queen bed” seemed to really be a double bed, and the mattress was way too soft and it needs to be replaced. Helpful, friendly staff.

Situated at the end of Seward , it was very nice, clean , easy and free parking . Beautiful bedrooms . You can have breakfast ( buffet) at the closed by edgewater hotel .

There are two sides of this property. One is old with small rooms and loud rooms. The other is refurbished and very nice. We were very disappointed the first night until they moved us to the new section of the hotel. Location is great within the town. Book the new side stay away from the old side.
