Caleb working front desk is friendly, accommodating and have upgraded our stay there. thank you

Great location and price for the area. This was my second time to stay there.

The price is reasonable and room pretty clean. The hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area including the Marathon summit. You can get a few coupons to dine in one of the local restaurants. The walk by the water to downtown was pleasant.

It is the cheapest hotel in the area and I give it 2 star to reflect the good price. It is a very old motel that everything is falling apart. We stayed in a regular room the first night for the price of $176/night. The toilet was clogged. The showerhead shot out the water just like a power-wash pump. The materials in the bathroom including the floor indicated that the motel had not been upgraded for decades. There was a leak surrounding the base of the bathtub that exposed the black cracked mole line from the floor. The handle of the microwave was detached. The air conditioner did not work. The coffee machine was too dirty. The second night we stayed in a superior room which was nicer and larger for the price of $240 something. The window had no screen/net. The coffee machine did not work. The motel is located on the other side of a highway that there is no pedestrian crosswalk. In order to eat, shop or enjoy the harbor, we had to J walk, which is really dangerous. If you have a car, it is OK. Note to non-smoking guests, please check the room before you take it. We had to return the first room offered to us due to the smoking smell even though the room was a non-smoking room. This was not the motel's error, but it was a freaking guest stayed before us that smoked inside the room. The staff were really nice working out with us to give us another room even though they were fully booked. They also helped showing us point of interests and the surrounding areas.

stewart is a great fishing choice in ak that's it it it

This worked well my grandson and I on are visit to Seward.

The hotel was convenient to everywhere in town we walked everywhere. The beds were very old and not that comfortable. Otherwise OK.

So, this is a motel with slow internet. Don't expect the Ritz or even a Holiday Inn, but the staff is exceptional. They are helpful, accommodating and kind. For the level of personal service you get, I would recommend this place above a perhaps nicer and definitely more expensive chain hotel. After all, part of Alaska is its people.

Hotel staff were great. Was upgraded to more than I booked

Good hotel across the street from the marina. Easy walk to the cruise ship dock.

Overall a simple room that we mostly just used as a place to sleep. Clean with comfortable beds. Windows operated fine included screens. Refrigerator door didn't close well, smoke detector was out of service and carpet was dirty

The Managment was outstanding to work with and were very accommodating to our needs in the middle of their busy season. The only downfall was no place to hang clothes but that was a very small issue for us

Close to marina and cruise ship. Room had dirty carpet but appeared liveable until I was in the shower and saw black mole behind toilet and around tub.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great economy hotel!
